Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Abiyam.com. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in exceptional cases.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, or similar services to deliver orders across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Non-metro / remote areas: 5 – 10 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply based on cart value.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on location and courier partner limitations. COD may not be available for all orders or pin codes.

7. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy

A shipment may be classified as Return-to-Origin (RTO) due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete address

- Customer unavailable or unreachable 

- Customer refusal at delivery

- Multiple failed delivery attempts

- COD payment refusal

Once marked as RTO, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

RTO Charges:

- For prepaid orders, shipping and RTO charges may be deducted from the refund.

- For COD orders, customers may be liable for forward and RTO shipping charges.

- Repeated RTO incidents may lead to COD restrictions.

8. Order Refusal Policy

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:

- The order will be treated as RTO

- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Future orders may require prepaid payment

Change of mind or delayed delivery does not qualify as valid refusal.

9. Alignment with Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds or replacements are applicable only for:

- Damaged products

- Missing or incorrect items

- Manufacturing defects

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

- Delivery refusal

- Failed delivery due to unavailability

- Incorrect address provided by customer

- COD non-acceptance

10. Re-Shipment After RTO

Re-shipment will be processed only after prepaid payment and may include additional shipping charges. Delivery timelines reset from re-dispatch date.

11. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Abiyam.com reserves the right to cancel orders, disable COD, or suspend accounts in case of repeated RTOs or policy abuse.
